LLC. was established in 1986 and is a privately owned, community based real estate company that features quality homes in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, the Hamptons and the Hudson Valley. We are well known in the tri-state area for providing sales of co-op, condos, one to four family housing and property management services. Together with our registered mortgage brokerage company, Advanced Mortgage Consultants, our firm can truly provide you with a full service of all your real estate needs.

Philanthropic Initiative
On December 7, 2021, at Mama Rao’s Restaurant in Brooklyn, our CEO James Orlando was installed as the new @kiwanis Lt. Governor overseeing all the Brooklyn Kiwanis District clubs. James's special guest at this event was Julia Bruzzese, a young lady who has developed severe life threatening issues due to Lyme Disease. Julia and her family are in need of help as their insurance does not cover Lyme Disease. Inspired by Julia's courage to continue to fight this disease, James rallied his Kiwanis members Tuesday evening to support Julia.
We strongly support all of our Veterans to help purchase a home. There is no down payment needed for a Veteran. We can also provide debt consolidation loans to Veterans as well as purchase loans.
